Delivery
We ship orders free of charge.
All your purchases are delivered by PostNL. PostNL has a professional delivery service and delivers from Tuesday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. You also have the option to have your order delivered in the evening (an extra €2.00 will be charged for this option) or to have it delivered to a PostNL collection point.
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail within minutes of completing your order. This contains an order number. As soon as we have sent your order with PostNL, you will receive another e-mail containing a track & trace code with which you can follow your package.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, your package will be offered to your neighbors as standard. If that also fails, you will receive a message from the delivery person and it will be offered again the day after, or as indicated on the notification.
If you and your neighbors are not at home with the second offer and have not been able to receive your package, you can pick up the shipment at one of the PostNL collection points with the message from the deliverer. If you are going to pick up your shipment, you must always be able to identify yourself.
