Thank you for purchasing from La Boule. Unfortunately, the article does not meet your requirements. You can return the item you have purchased up to 14 days after the delivery date.

Return the item in the shipping box along with your invoice. We only accept undamaged and unworn items in the original shipping box with labels.

You can offer your package to the nearest Post NL point for return.

This can be done at the address;

Once we have received and processed your return, we aim to refund your purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 5 days.
Your credit note will be sent by email.
Damaged or worn items will be returned not taken back.

Returns are always at your own risk and expense.
